Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of large, high-impact, and cross-functional strategic initiatives, while accurately tracking and managing multiple projects within product teams.
- Establish program governance structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage executive and execution governance, program status reporting, and senior leadership communications and escalations.
- Define multi-organizational product and operational standards, track and report program OKRs, dashboards, and processes.
- Drive strategic cross-functional planning, lead discovery and prioritization by partnering with product managers, Scrum leads, and engineering leads to develop program plans, including product and execution roadmaps, dependency tracking, and capacity plans.
- Facilitate intake, prioritization, monthly budget reviews, planning, and weekly meetings between Product, Engineering, and partner teams across the enterprise.
- Drive continuous improvement across multi-organizational program teams, enabling product and operational excellence focused on value delivery and benefits realization.
- Influence program outcomes to align with the organization's IT, Product Management, and Corporate strategy.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Senior Leadership, Field Operations, Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Corporate Strategy & Development teams.
- Develop common mechanisms for program status reporting and escalation, keeping key stakeholders informed on progress, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of Program Management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Project Management certification(s) required (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, etc.).
- Executive presence in presenting to C-level audiences.
- Working experience in implementing Workforce Management (WFM) software, specifically Legion.
- Experience managing projects across multiple engineering teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating field releases.
- Working experience in Agile and PDLC. Expert in program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
- Experience defining KPIs/OKRs used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- *Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership, and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback.
- Experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- Strong presentation skills and slide deck preparation.
- Results-driven professional with strong tactical skills and a focus on execution.
