- This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility.
- Compensation Range : $43,500-$55,000 Annually Incentives & Benefits (Compensation varies based on experience and education) Key Responsibilities :
- Accounts Management : Monitor customer accounts daily and promptly address past-due balances.
- Payments & Collections : Process payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and encourage on-time settlements.
- Issue Resolution : Proactively troubleshoot and resolve billing inquiries, working closely with customers and internal teams.
- Accounts Receivable Support : Assist with various tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Team Collaboration : Participate in additional duties as assigned by Accounting Managers, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing department. Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : Background in accounting and collections a plus.
- Professionalism & Communication : Ability to maintain a courteous, professional tone in calls and emails, even when handling sensitive inquiries.
- Multitasking & Organization : Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
