Head Racquet Sports Professional
The Head Racquet Sports Professional plans an essential role in maintaining and enhancing the positive culture at Cascades Country Club. Reporting directly to the Director of Racquet Sports, this position focuses on providing high-quality instruction, fostering strong relationships with members, and contributing to the overall success of the club's tennis and pickleball programs. The Head Professional will offer private and group lessons, assist in club events, and support member engagement through active participation in the Cascades Country Club and Tyler community.
The CCC Head Professional will deliver high-quality instruction to all program participants. This individual should possess a deep understanding of tennis and pickleball, and a passion for helping players of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals. They must work well with other staff members while contributing to the community and culture.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Highly competitive salary - commensurate with experience
* Lesson Commissions / Hourly rate when teaching junior program
* $15 per racquet strung
* No insurance or retirement available/provided
Experience/Requirements
* 3 years teaching experience
* 4.5 or above USTA rating
* Willing to work hours as needed - including daytime, evenings and weekends
