- age 18 and over with 2 years commercial kitchen experience
- Manage customer orders efficiently in an environment that fluctuates between faced paced and slow times
- Prepare food items cooked to order accurately according to standardized recipes with customer substitutions
- Execute orders efficiently for optimal ticket times
- Rotation of food product with the "First in - First out" method
- Communicate levels of food inventory and dates with management
- Communicate effectively and work as part of a team throughout shift
- Maintain a clean work environment (heavy cleaning during slow times and at close)
- Washing all kitchenware and dishes
- Execute proper food handling, sanitation and safety. Serve Safe Certification required for top of pay range.
- Ability to be punctual (on-time) and reliable/dependable for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to report to work well groomed and in clean attire according to the Casual Pint appearance standards
- Ability to read English and communicate basic English in order to execute cook to order tickets with customer substitutions
- Ability to Walk and stand during entire shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and lift
- Ability to provide professional references
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to legally work in the US

- Shift meals provided or a shift beverage 100% for an 8 hour shift or 50% for less than 8 hour shifts.
- 2 branded shirts provided free of charge for daily uniform * (details provided at interview)

- $200 stay on Bonus after 3 months of successful employment
