St. Raphael Catholic School is looking for a dedicated full time Elementary School 4th grade teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
A successful candidate must be able to teach and role model our Catholic faith to others helping students to grow in their faith, to create intellectually engaging unit plans, use effective classroom management strategies, and provide cooperative learning opportunities that connect to the real-world and across subject areas. The candidate must be able to interpret testing data and use that data to drive instructions.

1. Develop engaging lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum and Catholic teachings.
2. Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse needs of students.
3. Monitor and assess student progress to ensure comprehension and growth.
4. Foster open communication with students, parents, and staff, reflecting Catholic values.
5. Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment grounded in Catholic principles.
1. Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
2. Valid Florida Teaching Certificate for elementary school, or necessary education and experience to acquire certification upon employment.
3. Experience in elementary education, preferably in a Catholic school setting.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for educating children and embodying Catholic values in the classroom.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
