We are looking for an experienced and driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and operations at North Woods at the Four Seasons, a conventional apartment community in Charlottesville, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, optimizing service processes, and driving team performance.

This position comes with a $2,500 hiring bonus!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals to achieve performance goals.
• Manage service schedules, workflow, and resource allocation effectively.
• Implement and monitor service policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, budgets, and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the apartment industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• HVAC certification and other relevant credentials are a plus.
