Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project and Document Control Associate is responsible for creating, maintaining and updating materials used by the Customer Service Agents (CSA), monitoring multiple department projects and assisting other departments with projects as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Builds, updates and maintains materials used by the CSAs including the Collections training manuals, OPSNet testing and memo announcements.
- Cooperates with other departments on projects to help assist with UIP to FACS functionality, OPSNet team lists, training schedule, system research and document requests for client audits.
- Monitors multiple projects and tasks to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met by ensuring each project has the appropriate level of resources, time and support for timely completion.
- Develops and maintains software/systems to support builds and developments of our procedural manuals, OPSNet platform uses, scripting platform updates and other departmental resources maintained within the training.
- Assists in cross-office support for all business lines and directories for follow-up skill training models for Associates.
- Participates and/or manages projects such as memo updates and OPSNet Manual enhancements and other improvement initiatives as requested.
- Provides daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
- Gathers requested information and compiles into summary reports for leadership.
- Takes meeting minutes for department meetings.
- Researches topics, compiles data and submits findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Assist in system testing and compiling results.
- Organizes schedules for ongoing courses for Associates in all offices.
- Organizes evaluations and assessments for ongoing course development for Associates.
- Creates tests and surveys through the Opsnet training portal to assist with collecting user feedback and data.
- Ability to maintain consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
- Ability to work onsite/in-office in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the Collections Industry and/or Creating Training/Procedure Documentation/Manuals preferred.
- Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft office, strong knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to use good judgment.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.
- Able to easily adapt to continual change in the work environment, manage competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and able to work closely with management with confidential information.
- Able to edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively and be able to read and interpret written and verbal information.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School or Equivalent some college preferred
