Maintenance Technician must haves:
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
- Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements.
- EPA Type II Certification Preferred but not required
- Hourly rate subject to experience, skillset and certificates
- Pay range based on experience and certifications*
- Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
