Maintenance Technician I - Part-time

Schedule: Evenings - Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 12 AM (20 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician I for 20 hours per week. This position is Monday through Friday, from 8 PM to 12 AM. The ideal candidate will assist with our expanding wheelchair maintenance needs as well as other off-hour maintenance tasks, including housekeeping and janitorial duties, to support the Facilities Department. All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as directed by the Director of Facilities Management. Our goal is to ensure that our community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial work is preferred.
• Experience with floor cleaning is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
