Construction Utility Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various projects.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and drywall.
• Maintain a high standard of safety practices on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as required by the project.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site is essential.

Pay: $18.34 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
