The children and families who attend CCK can experience activities like horseback riding, boating, fishing, rock climbing and bowling with no limitations or barriers. And best of all, no camper or family is ever charged to attend CCK!
The Center for Courageous Kids (CCK) is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to manage and execute the organization's fundraising and community events. This position will play an essential role in supporting CCK's mission by coordinating events that engage donors, volunteers, and the community, while raising funds to support CCK's programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to supervise employees
- Working knowledge of computer and appropriate fundraising/donor record software component
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Prior experience in medical camping or non-profit organization a plus
- High personal integrity and sound personal/professional ethics
