Some Job Responsibilities:

• Train individuals in skills necessary for competitive community employment.
• On-site training of individuals on skills related to performing specific job tasks at internships and work sites.
• Support individuals in developing communication and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful at their internship/work site.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of individual’s progress towards goals and objectives as outlined in vocational support service plan.
• Complete and ensure accurate and timely completion of case-notes and other required documentation.
• Attend all staff meetings, ISPs, conferences and in-service trainings.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• Must be able to sit, stand, lift 50 lbs.
