What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Educator position at The Center for Discovery?
The Program Educator is responsible for the successful execution of the residential program and continuity of care within the assigned residence.
Primary Responsibilities : * Maintain Safety and Well-Being of Residents * Individual Life Planning Develop and Maintain Dynamic Staff Relationships * Maintain clean, safe, orderly, pleasant residence * Serve as a communication liaison between the Residential Director, direct care staff, residents, and families * Ensure compliance with State, Federal and Center Regulations * Training and supervision of the Direct Care Staff.
Qualifications : High School diploma or GED required with prior experience in managing a team in caring for individuals with disabilities. Successful individuals will have experience in scheduling and budgeting and have strong problem solving skills. 2-4 years relevant work experience and proof and success in a supervisory position.
