What would you do as a Lead Therapist (Triple P-Teen Triple P)- Mental Health / Social Work / Family and Marriage counseling
As the Full-Time Lead Therapist for the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) at The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of family-centered therapeutic services. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Triple P while maintaining a caseload of clients as appropriate. You will work from our main office, assisting the Program Supervisor in diverse program functions and ensuring compliance with all regulations and funding requirements.
Your expertise will guide the administrative supervision of program staff, facilitate quality service delivery, and promote continuous improvement through data-driven evaluations. Engaging with the community, participating in critical incidents, and contributing to staff training will also be fundamental aspects of this role. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- Master's degree in social work, mental health, or marriage / couple and family therapy from an accredited program, required
- Registration or Licensure with the State of Florida Department of Health in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy, required
- Triple P training, preferred
- Experience with KIPU and / or HBDS, preferred
- Bilingual, preferred
