What would you do as a Lead Therapist (Triple P-Teen Triple P)- Mental Health/Social Work/Family and Marriage counseling
As the Full-Time Lead Therapist for the Triple P at CFS you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of family-centered therapeutic services. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Triple P while maintaining a caseload of clients as appropriate. You will work from our main office, assisting the Program Supervisor in diverse program functions and ensuring compliance with all regulations and funding requirements.

To thrive as a Full-Time Lead Therapist in the Triple P program at CFS you will need a strong foundation in social work, mental health, or family and marriage therapy, supported by a master's degree and licensure in the state of Florida. You must be adept at using software tools like Microsoft Office Systems and Electronic Health Records for documentation and program compliance.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Master's degree in social work, mental health, or marriage/couple and family therapy from an accredited program, required
- Registration or Licensure with the State of Florida Department of Health in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy, required
- Triple P training, preferred
- Experience with KIPU and/or HBDS, preferred
- Bilingual, preferred
