The Data Integrity Specialist will assist programs to ensure data integrity and serve as a technical expert on Therap, a web-based platform that supports documentation, reporting, and communication needs for agencies working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include helping to streamline procedural systems and generating reports related to service documentation, programmatic needs, and billing. The role also involves conducting data analysis and reviews to support continuous improvement, performing routine maintenance of the online policy management system, and attending user groups and training sessions for Therap.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all the steps in Therap for enrollment, changes, discharges, and profiles.
- Focus on creating the Service Authorizations and Billing Templates for new and already enrolled individuals in Therap (the entire setup process).
- Manage movements to ensure individuals are properly set up.
- Review the Power BI dashboards to look at system information and conduct analysis based on KPIs and challenges (e.g. service authorizations that will expire, review individuals who we aren't billing for, and determine if they should still be enrolled.)
- Become familiar with the different Modules within Therap, use Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Power BI.
- Track progress toward goals and report outcomes to supervisors and care team.
- Maintain accurate records in Therap and Excel, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, reporting, maintaining organized records, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay informed of best practices and organizational policies.
- Run complete and accurate billing reports.
- Use Excel to identify pertinent information that can be used by the Programs.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in Therap, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
