About the Role :
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) team. This entry-level role is vital to the smooth operation of our department, supporting a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will work closely with our field services support, client services, and business development teams to ensure the efficiency of processes and the satisfaction of our members. Key Responsibilities :
- Newsletter Support : Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing the GPO newsletter, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Membership Support : Help with membership activities, including onboarding, communication, and general member support.
- Price Activation : Aid in the activation of pricing agreements and ensure accurate implementation across systems.
- Rostering : Assist with processing rostering requests and maintaining up-to-date rosters for GPO members.
- Contract Support : Help process leads, update the contract calendar, and assist with other contracting activities.
- Data Entry : Accurately enter and maintain data across CRM systems, ensuring information is current and well-organized.
- Client Services Support : Monitor the client services inbox, respond to inquiries, and provide customer service as needed.
- Marketing Support : Assist in creating marketing lists and supporting campaigns to promote GPO services.
- Department Initiatives : Support departmental projects, including Safe Harbor reporting, value statements, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing member value and compliance.
