Position : Field Services Support Specialist
Location : Hybrid in Cleveland, OH or Remote
Summary :
The Field Services Support Specialist provides comprehensive support to our field team in areas related to contract connections, contract uptake, account maintenance, and the fulfillment of internal and external account management and sales processes.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain account contract connection and supplier contact information in CRM.
- Provide support to service and sales team in development and management of contract connections and pricing activations, PMDFs, and other customer service and sales related initiatives and duties.
- Manage the price activation process from start to finish ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain communication with the field team for information requests and status updates.
- Ensure new member implementation activities are managed and transitioning account activities are well documented
- Assist account managers and business development managers in savings tracking, contract connections, and other member-related activities
- Provide assistance to management in preparation for field meetings, supplier meetings, presentations and reporting.
