Summary :

The Graphic Design Specialist is a key member of our Marketing team, responsible for creating and executing engaging digital and print designs that resonate with our audience. This position plays a vital role in producing visual content tailored for our members, clients, prospects, internal teams, and potential candidates. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Graphic Design Specialist ensures all visual materials adhere to our brand standards and effectively convey our messaging, while staying updated on industry trends and advancing brand awareness.

Responsibilities :

Graphic Production : Develop and produce graphic art and visual materials for both print and digital platforms, adhering to brand and production standards. This includes flyers, social media graphics, infographics, simple motion graphics or videos, web banners, email campaigns, PowerPoints, and more.Creative Solutions : Design and implement strategic design solutions for marketing and communication channels to enhance organizational visibility and engagement.Project Coordination : Work with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and deliver various projects.Design Maintenance : Regularly review and improve existing designs in collaboration with the marketing manager and stakeholders.Digital Presence : Assist in creating and maintaining digital mockups and assets for organizational webpages to foster a dynamic online presence.Brand Awareness : Stay informed about branding trends to ensure that all designs reflect and enhance the brand's identity and values.Photography & Videography : Act as the photographer for significant internal and external events, capturing moments for visual storytelling. Provide organizational headshots for marketing materials and websites and perform basic video recording and editing as needed.Design Trend Awareness : Remain updated on current and emerging trends in graphic design, infusing fresh and relevant ideas into creative projects.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

Strong working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Deep understanding of color theory, composition, typography, digital design, and production management.Proficiency in quickly learning and effectively utilizing various software applications, including Sitecore, SilverStripe, Adobe Premier and After Effects, Canva, ClickDimensions, and Microsoft CRM Dynamics.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying subject matter simultaneously.Sharp attention to detail with the ability to proofread designs encompassing text-heavy work, ensuring accuracy with things such as names, titles, contract details and more.Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and the clear articulation of creative concepts.A high level of creativity, collaboration, and adaptability, committed to advancing the brand's visual narrative through innovative design.A keen eye for the latest trends in both graphic design and photography, ensuring the brand's visual content remains fresh and engaging.Qualifications :

Associate's degree in graphic design, Photography, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.The minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and photography, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates successful graphic design projects.For consideration a graphic design portfolio is requiredA photography portfolio or example is preferred
