We’re looking for an intelligent, motivated, friendly, detail-oriented individual to work under our office manager providing intake, scheduling, client assistance, and billing services.

Key roles for this job include:

  • Responding to inquiries from prospective new patients to gather information and determine which provider will be the best fit for them
  • Scheduling new patient appointments
  • Checking health insurance benefits for new patients
  • Entering information into the scheduling system
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Scanning records into EHR system
  • Entering payments and mailing patient billing statements

Qualifications:

  • Great interpersonal skills and comfort in talking with new people
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Confidence to work independently coupled with an openness to constructive feedback
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve without explicit guidance
  • “Tech-savvy” with google workspace, and able to learn how to use new programs quickly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
