Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company. HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.
As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst in our Finance Department. Please see below for the functions and requirements for this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Monitor cash balances and maintain daily forecast of liquidity
Support use of lines of credit, leases and ensure ongoing compliance of debt covenants
Facilitate the setup of new bank accounts to support organizational / entity changes
Support ad hoc reporting and forecasting, including new initiatives and process improvements
Work with Finance / Accounting team to determine capital needs and appropriate financing options
Provide management and variance reports on a weekly and / or monthly basis
Help to identify and resolve issues, streamlining workflows through automation, and other implementation of best practices
Develop beneficial relationships with all parties including the cross-functionally within the organization
Identify process improvements and create standard work, ensuring those align with currenting
accounting process and / or work with accounting team on new processes
Assist with the creation of all necessary policies and procedures in the Treasury scope
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

EDUCATION :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
