QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Demonstrated ability to define, implement, and manage Supply Chain workflows, protocols and ensure standardization.
Knowledge of coding and policies associated with General Ledger.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools, ability to document workflows, processes, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Reviews and analyses purchase and inventory detail. Designs and implements processes to reduce complexity and increase efficiencies through standardization.
Provides input / feedback regarding modifications, improvements, and process changes and identifies potential problem areas, recommending solutions to increase efficiency and cost savings.
Works with the Supply Chain team to synthesize incident reports, define and manage metrics, and perform month-end look-back analysis to quantify the potential impact, monitor trends, and recommend solutions.
Participates in month-end analysis of Purchasing & Logistics processes to provide feedback regarding modifications / improvements, process improvements, problems identified.
Responsible for sourcing and purchase documentation of urgently required medications and supplies. Verifies the accuracy of the month-end inventory after the Director’s review. Assists with product recall protocols.
The Supply Chain Administrator II performs analysis, develops workflows for operations, mergers, acquisitions, and management agreements, develops formulary maintenance, standardization, and documentation for 365 and Supply Manager.
