Hiring Licensed Therapist at The Center for Stress, Anxiety, and Mood, Summit, NJ

The Center for Stress, Anxiety, and Mood (CSAM) of Summit, NJ is a growing private practice specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and ACT principles. We are seeking to hire full-time or part-time psychotherapists who are licensed or license-eligible in NJ, to expand our team of expert clinicians. The majority of our clientele consists of youth and families (ages 6-30) presenting with anxiety, OCD, depressive, and stress-related disorders. Therefore, practitioners with specialization in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, Ex/RP, ACT, PE, and TF-CBT are particularly encouraged to apply. The clinic sees clients in person in Summit, NJ, as well as via telehealth.

Compensation: 55-60% of collected fees, with room for growth and advancement. Compensation will be based on experience, level of licensing, and length of tenure with the practice. Our clinic will provide supervision and consultation in the treatment of anxiety, depressive, and stress disorders using evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate has had at least one year of clinical experience as a psychotherapist, including specialized training in CBT (cognitive therapy, exposure therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) with young people and/or families. They will be willing to work afternoons and evenings to accommodate the schedules of their young clients, and have the choice to work weekends if so desired. Our clinic also treats adults of all ages, many of whom are able to be seen during the workday.
