What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at The Center for Violence Prevention?
This position is a vital source of support for victims of domestic violence. Case Manager is responsible to develop client centered case plans coordinate and execute client activities and function within a team. Must have schedule flexibility.
B.A or B.S in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology or other Social Sciences and 1 year case management experience preferred. Experience with victims of domestic violence.
Must have good organization, written and oral communication skills;
Possess a valid MS Driver's License and clear MVR as well as a clean criminal background;
Ability to read, write and speak English;
Understand and work within the Team Model:
Possess strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
