Salary :
Starting at $53,200.00 (eligible for overtime pay, on-call stipends, other financial incentives)
About the Position :
Develop a supportive relationship with clients and assist children and families in addressing needs and meeting goals with the overall objective of achieving solutions that promote stability and permanency.
A Typical Day as a Child Welfare Case Manager :
Location :
815 2nd St. LaSalle, IL including travel and spending time in the field visiting clients' homes, communities, and attending court. This office provides services to the following counties : LaSalle, Marshall, Putnam, Stark, and Bureau.
Work Hours :
Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based on the availability of youth and families served. Hybrid work is available based on job duties.
