What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1 yr old Daycare Teacher position at The Center of Attention Learning Center (daycare)?
- Our staff is hard at work developing a curriculum that will allow our Daycare Teachers to engage with children of all ages and teach them everything they need to know to become responsible and productive adults. We're looking for passionate and dedicated Daycare Teachers who have a background in child development and an interest in working with infants in addition to older children. Our Daycare Teachers will be expected to periodically communicate with staff to ensure that the students are progressing correctly and help provide any additional support that is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to children.
- Organize and supervise children's activities
- Write lesson plans
- Flash card learning
- 1 yr old art projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Denham Springs, LA 70726: Relocate before starting work (Required)
