What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at THE CENTER?
Responsible for supporting the Operations Department of The Center Brands. The selected candidate will help support both new project launches and ongoing business operations for all brands. This position requires an extremely organized individual with a strong work ethic. The Center office and this position are located in West Hollywood, California. This role will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the department in relation to product management, sourcing, and brand management, the attainment of its goals, and the company's long-term growth.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in following up with external vendors for status updates regarding production quotes, timing updates, etc.
- Assist in capturing meeting notes as needed.
- Data entry into ERP system for inventory management (create part numbers, bills of assembly, etc.).
- Coordinate shipping of samples as needed.
- Update status for open order reports as needed.
- Utilize SharePoint Project File Software to maintain files .
- Aid in international workflow by providing necessary documentation and communicating with responsible parties.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including planning, product development, sourcing, and order processing.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Publish reports on weekly / monthly cadence to track KPI metrics.
- Any task as necessary assigned by manager to support the team.
Abilities :
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position does require in-office attendance Monday-Friday.
