What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a volunteer who can
- Automate manual workflows using Google Apps Script, Zapier, or Airtable Automations
- Connect tools like Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Build lightweight systems to track volunteer intake, project matching, and contributor onboarding
- Help structure our volunteer and contributor databases
- Support early-stage automation of communication workflows (e.g., personalized follow-ups)
- Create clear documentation of workflows and automations for future team use
- Collaborate with our technical and operations team to improve efficiency
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace tools (Forms, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Experienced in workflow automation (Apps Script, Zapier, Airtable, or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable in early-stage, lean environments
- Bonus Experience with backend development, API integrations, or process optimization
- Bonus Interest in sustainability, food systems, or social impact tech
- Help a mission-driven nonprofit build scalable systems
- Apply your automation & workflow skills to real-world, impactful projects
- Work flexibly and remotely
