The Chamberlain Group is a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Fabricator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using various hand tools, power tools, or equipment, while ensuring that products meet specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Using precision measuring instruments and gauging devices
- Identifying product defects and reporting issues to management
- Keeping accurate production records/logs
The ideal candidate will possess:
- No minimum education requirement
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or sufficient competence in the area
- Intermediate understanding of mechanical concepts/mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
