Job Title:
Senior Manager, Transaction Risk Oversight and Monitoring
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Manager to join our Transaction Risk Oversight and Monitoring (TROM) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scams and fraud, as well as experience with second-line of defense oversight, monitoring, and assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and perform a deep-dive analysis into behavior of scams
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) with respect to scam program topics and lead related processes and projects
- Work with Operations and 1LOD partners to identify gaps in system/operations process flows ensuring alignment of strategy/intent, execution, policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or similar quantitative field
- Strong understanding of scams and fraud
- Demonstrable knowledge of the risk management framework, and experience with second-line of defense oversight, monitoring, and assurance activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced quantitative degree
- Financial Crimes experience
- Financial services experience
