• Analyze and perform deep-dive analysis into behavior of scams
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) with respect to scam program topics and lead related processes and projects
• Work with Operations and 1LOD partners to identify gaps in system/operations process flows ensuring alignment of strategy/intent, execution, policies
About the Role:
This is a senior manager position that requires a self-starter with strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. You will be responsible for expanding knowledge of red flags, emerging risks, and analytical methodologies used to target various payment channels with respect to scams.
