Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in a fine dining setting.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages.
• Effective cash handling skills to manage payments accurately.
• Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
