Job Description

The Purchasing Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the Purchasing software (Adaco) while overseeing the Mailroom and Storeroom operations. This position requires close collaboration with various teams, including Culinary, Purchasing, and Food & Beverage management, to maintain up-to-date requisitions, inventory records, and cost controls. The role also involves supporting menu pricing, product research, and end-of-month inventory processes to uphold operational excellence. The Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to SOPs in the Mailroom, Storeroom, and loading dock areas. Additionally, this role includes coordinating deliveries, truck usage schedules, and warehouse logistics across multiple departments. Weekend and holiday work may be required to meet the demands of a dynamic hospitality environment.
