What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional MDS position at The Chasteen Group?
Regional MDS Specialists are ultimately responsible for educating and supervising MDS coordinators at each assigned SNF. Ensuring that each SNF adequately assesses nursing home residents’ needs, and coordinating personalized, resident-driven care based on those assessments. The Regional MDS Specialist will provide oversight of 5-7 SNF’s in the assigned geographic region. RN license is required.
