Chef de Cuisine

Salary: Up to $100k Bonus

Newport fine dining restaurant is seeking a skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead BOH operations.
Qualifications:
- 4 years in a CDC or Executive Sous Chef role.
- Seafood-focused experience, strongly preferred.
- Experience in Michelin, Forbes, Relais & Châteaux, AAA 5 Diamond, or James Beard kitchens, required.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on leadership of daily culinary operations with a small team
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on R&D and seasonal menu development
- Uphold luxury standards through hands-on cooking and service-driven execution
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
