Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a multi-unit, high-volume, food-driven restaurant group.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and diverse cuisines with a proven track record of creating memorable dishes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with team members and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the culinary vision across multiple restaurant locations.
- Take ownership of all food-related financials, including budgeting and cost management.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen teams to ensure consistent excellence.
- Uphold HR guidelines, safety regulations, and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Develop strong communication channels with front-of-house teams to align on guest satisfaction goals.
