Duties
- Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff on food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food management processes and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
- Implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
