Thriving International Restaurant Group is looking for a Director of Beverage for a new restaurant opening in Miami, FL


Qualifications:

  • Must know Miami Market
  • Opening experience is preferred
  • 2 years of tenure in each role
  • Experience with upscale and high volume restaurant group or hotel
  • Must have mixology experience and wine knowledge
  • Relationships with suppliers in the Miami market


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all beverage operations for large restaurant opening
  • Inventory and purchasing for bars
  • Management of Head of Bars, Sommeliers, and bartenders.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
