The Director of Slots is a key operational leader responsible for managing the performance, strategy, and day-to-day operations of the slot department in a high-volume casino environment. This role focuses on maximizing revenue, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Ten (10) years casino Slot management experience and at least Five (5) years Director Level or higher experience in Slots.
- Strong knowledge of slot systems, analytics, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred experience in tribal gaming or large-scale casino operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all slot operations including performance, maintenance, and guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive slot revenue and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal control procedures.
