An established group is looking for a General Manager to open a large Italian restaurant in Brentwood.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years as GM in $5M operations (upscale preferred).
  • Proven success with new restaurant openings.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and operational expertise.
  • Familiarity with LA dining trends and customer preferences.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, budgets, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate soft openings and VIP events to establish brand identity.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
