Job Description
We are looking for a Master Chef and Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing multiple upscale full-service outlets and a proven track record of leading kitchens to success.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate culinary and steward teams
- Create, maintain, and monitor back-of-house training programs
- Oversee labor costs, review/approve schedules, and monitor payroll/time clock daily
- Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Take a proactive role in daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
