Internship Title : President's Office Internship
Description : This is a yearlong hybrid internship in which a student will be closely integrated within the Office of the President. The President's Office Intern will learn about various organization-wide initiatives and provide support to ensure strategic goals and programs meet their objectives. The intern will engage with key stakeholders and assist in the planning and coordination of all-staff events and initiatives.
Expected Assignments :
- Assist the planning, coordination, and execution of Trust Connections sessions and offerings.
- Participate in the execution of the Change Champions network and operationalizing of change leadership principles across the organization.
- Track outcomes related to the Trust strategic goals and provide support for cross-functional priorities outlined in workplans and President's Office priorities.
- Draft, prepare, and / or organize materials for special meetings and events, such as the Budget & Compensation executive committee meeting and Change Leadership workshops.
- Review and summarize pending contracts for approval by COO.
- Attend meetings and identify opportunities for collaboration between departments.
- Draft reports and memos for new and existing initiatives and programs.
- Support general counsel on executive committee requests or legal priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $20.00 / hour
Hours per week : Up to 30 hours (2 days in office; 1 day remote) from June - September, and up to 21 hours (2 days in office; 1 day remote) October - May.
Internship Timeframe : June 2025 - May 2026
