Responsibilities :
- Calendar management for a recruiting team, including scheduling interviews and testing sessions
- Administrative support and logistics coordination for a team with a constantly changing schedule
- Manage Talent Acquisition projects from start to finish while juggling multiple priorities
- Employ critical thinking skills to move ongoing projects past the finish line
- Manage, track, and present recruitment data through Microsoft Excel
