Our client, a law firm with a national presence, is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant to support their legal recruiting department in Chicago. This role provides day-to-day administrative support to two legal recruiting coordinators, including data entry, calendar management, and applicant communication. This position also interacts with attorneys and law schools on a daily basis and must be able to represent the firm with poise and professionalism.
They are seeking a critical thinker with a proactive and reliable work ethic. The ideal candidate possesses an eye for detail and accuracy, as well as high proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. Prior experience in a law firm or professional services is required.
This position will begin as a contract role with five days in office but may transition to a hybrid role upon permanent hiring.
Responsibilities :
- Calendar management for a team of recruiting coordinators
- Managing communication with applicants, attorneys, and universities
- General data entry
- Additional administrative support, as needed
