Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment labor laws
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational changes and restructuring initiatives
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage talent acquisition strategies, including utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as Oracle
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong skills in change management, conflict resolution, and talent management
- Experience with HR sourcing strategies and utilizing social media for recruitment purposes
- Proficient in using HRIS systems, preferably Oracle or similar software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
