We are currently looking for a Full Time Unconquered Life Facility Host to join our Unconquered Life Operations Development team located at the Abbott Miller Bldg working 5:00AM-4:00PM - Mo Tu We Th / Th Fr Sa Su.
Summary:
The Unconquered Life Facility Host will establish relationships with Unconquered Life members by providing exemplary support during their initial and continuing contact within the Unconquered Life facility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance for program members as they arrive for meetings with health and pillar coaches, including greeting them as they enter the establishment; guiding members to the meeting location
- Receive and read incoming correspondence and distribute where indicated
- Maintain all equipment and supplies assigned to them
- Answer routine inquiries and make appropriate referral of questions concerning customer needs
- Field customer concerns or complaints in a respectful manner with focus on resolving issues in an effective manner
- Acts as liaison between internal and/or external individuals and/or groups
- Effectively communicate with Manager on duty any complaints or issues
- Collaborates and works in conjunction with other Unconquered Life team members to achieve optimal results of the goals of Unconquered Life members
- Assist in scheduling select services offered by Unconquered Life such as biometric screenings
- Utilizes custom applications developed and specifically designed for the Unconquered Life wellness initiative and programs
- Respond to member inquiries through various channels such as email and phone
- Tracks/updates member records with current information, and providing information to program team and members
- Unconquered Life FOH representative will help with a site needs or promotion to assist with events for Unconquered Life members
- Responsible for assisting Unconquered Life members with activity digital app, tracker set-up, use, and other concerns
- Post and interact on social platforms to engage all Unconquered Life members
- Interact with potential patients in-person, by phone, email, text etc. regarding program acceptance criteria or any other inquiries
- Work with potential members through the onboarding packet and process
- Onboard all qualified program patients
- Maintain computer and hard files of participants, obtain and update information as indicated by business software when customer checks in on computer system
- Constantly present a clean and professional workspace at the front desk, including the lobby and corridor
- Lead the efforts in opening and closing responsibilities for the site
- Provide a weekly reset of the breakroom, front entry, copy room and other community spaces
- Operate all electronics in Front of House area including but not limited to computers, phones, kiosks, retail POS
- Collect payments ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate with receipts provided to each customer
- Ability to complete reports for receipts and debit sales
- Ability to follow instructions for store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards and purchases made
