We are currently looking for a Full Time Unconquered Life Financial Coach to join our Unconquered Life Operations Development team located at the Abbott Miller Bldg.
Summary:
The Unconquered Life (UL) Financial Coach will create, deploy and maintain content, methods and coaching strategies to empower UL members to achieve holistic health utilizing financial wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the connection between the financial, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing and clinical aspects of health and how these connections affect the wellness of those we serve
- Research and compile information on topics including but not limited to all financial topics, financial products, tax information and consumer rights
- Keep all content current by researching and updating in accordance with changes in laws and/or interpretations
- Develop and maintain a database of resources to utilize and confer with on all financial topics
- Must embrace, support, and maintain commitment to serving with excellence all Unconquered Life members as well as tribal officials and other visitors to our business to achieve optimal results for UL members
- Must be self-motivated and able to create, execute and maintain excellence in the performance of these duties while working independently
- Work directly with participants to provide high-quality financial coaching via individualized sessions
- Access participants financial health, financial goals, and partner with them to determine appropriate tailored care plan
- Provide ongoing support and continue to actively engage clints to promote financial health
- Deliver presentations on personal finance topics and other UL related topics
- Collect relevant financial data to enable participants awareness and build action steps to achieve goals
- Utilizes custom applications developed and specifically designed for Unconquered Life wellness initiative and programs
- Responsible for communicating with Unconquered Life members through any form(s) of communication necessary to encourage member engagement (email, text, video communications, phone calls, in person communication and/or video conferencing, etc
- Performs all other duties as assigned

- Basic Computer skills

- 5 years directly related experience
Education:
Essential:
- High School, GED or Equivalent
- Bachelors of Science
- Masters Degree in directly related field
- Other
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning, Business, accounting, or related field
- Master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning or Graduate Certificate in Financial Therapy
- Graduate Certificate in Financial Therapy or Financial Therapy Certificate (or willing to acquire within 1 year) if financial therapy classes were not included in higher education degree
Credentials:
Essential:
- Pass gaming background check
- Standard Driver's License
- Accredited Financial Counselor
Nonessential:
- Sage Financial Fitness Coach Certification
Essential:
- AFCPE AFC certification (or willing to acquire within 1 year) if not holding Bachelors or Masters in Personal Financial Planning
Working Conditions:
Essential:
- Sometimes bend, kneel, stoop, push, reach
- Sometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbs
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Travel is primarily within Chickasaw Nation boundaries
- May be required to work after hours or on weekends as needed
