Job Summary
The Child & Family Connection is actively seeking an exceptional licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in child & adolescent therapy, to join our team! The Child & Family Connection is a growing private practice committed to offering a multi-sensory approach to deliver the highest quality mental health treatment and support for children, adolescents and their families in the Orange County area. We are well-established and integrated into a well-known primary care pediatric office creating the potential for high-volume referrals and immediate career growth. ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Use evidence-based methods to assess and/or treat children and adolescents
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming, testing, and therapy goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues and interdisciplinary providers
- Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of California as PSY, LMFT or LCSW
- Minimum of one year experience using evidence-based interventions to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD and ADHD
Preferred
- PCIT experience
