At The Weichman Clinic, we want to create a completely different approach and environment for both our providers as well as our clientele in combating child and adolescent mental health issues :
- We treat the entire family system vs. just the child
- We offer individual therapy, parenting, family therapy, psychiatry, neurology, couples counseling and neuropsychological testing
- We treat the spectrum from young children to young adults
- We make clients feel cared for from the first point of contact at the front desk
- We can put a team of different specialists around a case to identify and treat every aspect of a more complex issue and there is a lot of constant collaboration amongst the providers
- Although we are private pay, we have a robust scholarship program which allows us to scholarship everyone without means
- We make it easy for our providers. The front desk handles all scheduling, rescheduling and client interface so that all you have to do is come in, see your clients, put your notes in our EMR and get paid. You get access to all of our specialists for questions and collaboration
- Learn from and have access to top specialists both within as well as outside of your field (psychiatry, neurology, etc)
- We hold monthly optional attending "think tanks" where we talk about cases and / or everybody's different approaches to treating issues (depression, anxiety, etc) so that we are continually growing and learning from one another.

Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Child / Adolescent Psychologist or Therapist located in Newport Beach, CA. The role involves providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents and their parents, as well as and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support the mental health and well-being of our families.
