Summary
The site supervisor is designated to take overall charge of all activities in the RTF on a minute by minute basis.

Essential Functions:
- Coordination of direct care staff assignments to assure adequate coverage around the building, and for special events or unusual problems
- Approving any visitation by residents between living units during free time, subject to the directions of the unit leaders;
- Approving any outside visitors entering the facility as directed by the approved visitors list for each resident; approving any departures from the facility by residents for trips, organized activities, outside visits, or individual activities, according to the directions of the unit leaders, the level of supervision for each patient recorded in the clinical records, and the general policies on staff coverage and approved activities
- Receiving last-minute notice of staff absences, and arranging for substitute coverage if necessary
- Coordinating both staff and resident participation in any special events or trips
- First response to any official visits by oversight agencies, inspectors, etc., including welcoming such visitors, contacting administrator on call for instructions, and facilitating whatever inquiries they are pursuing, according to directions from the administrator
- First response to emergency situations, physical plant problems, incidents, illnesses, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years’ experience with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
